The brand-new hotel was excellent. All of the staff members were welcoming and fantastic. Location: the property was really close to Louisville and the airport and Kentucky expo center and interstate. One of the dining options, Waffle House was 5 mins walk away.

The hotel was situated quite close to several amenities which was convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, though the pillows were a bit thin and lacked support. The room itself was spacious and had unique touches that set it apart from other hotels. The front desk provided additional pillows, but the breakfast was disappointing and lacked variety.

The staff wasn't quite as helpful as one would expect, they were rude when queried about damages, and had confusion about the room floor when asked for a hairdryer.

The hotel's location was convenient for my needs as it was close to the Kentucky expo center and the interstate. The lobby was well maintained and clean, which gave a good first impression. The room had a kitchen area, which was a great plus for preparing food during my stay.

The comforter appeared to have stains on it, and I wasn't sure if it had been properly cleaned. There were also rusted bottle caps in the disposal, which was concerning.
